These terms apply to the free Do Breathwork browser service.

The service

You may use every browser exercise without an account. An optional magic-link account synchronizes session history between browsers. The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability, and features may change during beta.

Wellness, not medical care

Do Breathwork is a general-wellness guide, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Follow the safety instructions, stop if you feel unwell, and seek qualified medical advice when appropriate. Never practise breath holds in water, while driving, or while standing.

Your account and data

Keep magic links private. You can sign out at any time and request verified deletion from the account controls. Browser-local history remains on that browser until you clear it. Data handling is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, probe other accounts, or use the service unlawfully. Access may be limited to protect users and infrastructure.
